The music competition is Friday evening (tentative). Allowances will be made to accommodate competitors participating in the figures competitions.
Although every effort is made to avoid stage conflicts, sometimes they are unavoidable. If you experience a stage conflict in any competition, please notify the MC’s at BOTH stages.
All competitions with REPORTED conflicts will remain open until your dancer has danced. Your dancer will NOT miss their competition. Please respect that the stage crew are all volunteers. If further concerns arise, please have someone page the feis chair or have your teacher talk to one of the host teachers.
Important announcements regarding awards, schedule updates, etc. will be announced three times on each stage.
Please listen to announcements and respect requests for quiet and NO photography, garbage issues, etc. This event is important to ALL of the dancers, and they have all worked very hard to prepare themselves. Please show the same respect that you would expect for your dancer.
Also, in the event of a stage move, all stages will announce the change AND the competition number will be moved from the scheduled stage to the new stage. If your competition number moves, please follow it.
We welcome questions and want to help. Please keep your requests reasonable. Although you and your dancer are VERY important to us, we cannot pre-release the final schedule, calculate your dancers exact start time, guarantee your competition will not run late, re-arrange the competitions around your family picnic or stop a competition to announce awards for you.

The days immediately before the feis are very busy. We may not be able to answer enquiries promptly the week before the feis. We won’t be able to reply to emails the day before or during the feis. We appreciate your understanding.
